Whatever type of business they were looking for, they all turned to your BBB because they knew they could trust the nearly 4 million reviews BBB maintains on businesses across North America.

As a BBB Accredited Business, your BBB Business Review is a testament to your track record for treating customers with respect. The seal on your review shows you uphold your BBB's Standards for Trust and customers know you'll stand by your word.

While your dedication to ethics and integrity doesn't change, your business evolves over time to better meet customer needs. Last year, your BBB redeveloped our Business Reviews to provide more information as well as help Accredited Businesses highlight their products and services, helping them stand out from the competition online.

Your Business Review allows your company to:
• post photos
• include important details, such as hours, refund policy, maps/directions
• improve your ranking on search engines
• provide a quote to potential customers
• share your Business Review across several social media platforms, including Facebook and Twitter
• upload videos/commercials and downloadable coupons

Here's how to set up an account, claim your business and customize your BBB Business Review:
1. Go to www.sn.bbb.org and click "Check Out a Business or Charity"
2. Type your company name in the search field
3. Locate your company in the search results and click on "View BBB Report"
4. When you are viewing your review go to the blue tool bar at the top of your review, click on "For Businesses" and select "Edit [company name] (Claim This Review)"
5. Type in your e-mail address and select "No, I am new" and you will be able to create a password for your BBB Account
6. Update your company information
7. BBB staff will review the information you submitted; once accepted it will appear on your Business Review
