As part of BBB’s Secure Your ID Day, we hosted a shredding event on October 20, 2012. Attendees brought sensitive documents, electronic waste to be recycled, and cell phones to be used by 911 Cell Phone Bank. We also provided consumers with ID theft protection information and a credit card protective sleeve to protect against credit card skimmers.

- April 2011: 16,000 lbs
- October 2011: 52,000 lbs
- April 2012: 42,000 lbs
- October 2012: 62,600 lbs of documents, 3,000 lbs of e-waste
